Post the general information-- basic schedule, age requirements, etc. Recruit coaches. Hold registration. Separate kids into teams. Distribute schedule. Done.
Seriously. It could be that easy! When you offer little to no info, change the age ranges after you collect money, and send short rude emails, do not expect full support or excitement from players and families.
