Oven issues--
I think my oven has some sort of turbo pre-heat. It's not listed as a feature or in any of the supporting materials, but if you put something in before it's 100% up to temp, or increase the temperature mid-bake, it instantly burns the bottom.
Suggestions? (other than just not to do those things! ;) )
