I've been talking about getting some (p)leather leggings since last year, and I think it's time to finally do it.

The Spanx version has great reviews, but they're above my price point. 
I was excited to find their sub-brand ASSETS, but then realized that only the front is leather :/ 
Same with the Old Navy version. 

Looks like if you want to pay (less than) half the price, you get half the leather haha

I'm a little worried about saggy knees too...​I'm going to try them out. I'll report back!

These range from $45 to $125... ​Only 1 of them is real leather. 

So while there is absolutely something to be said for quality clothing, classic items,"investment pieces"-- great black heels, a camel trench, the perfect jeans-- is a wine colored suede moto jacket really going to stand the test of time?

Not for me.

So I'm opting for the 'save' item here. In fact, I found an army green one for less than a third of the least expensive price a couple weeks ago (check in-store clearance racks!!)!
