Snatched Your Eyes

Do your kids look like you?

We have a pretty strong family resemblance all the way through, but earlier this week, someone saw my boys with me and said, "Wow! They snatched the eyes right out' your head, didn't they!"
Besides the kind of gross imagery, it was pretty true-- and funny.

My nephew on my side and my niece on my husband's side confuse my sister and me all the time. (She's a younger, blonder, longer-legged version of me, so this bodes well for me :))

People ask if my boys (18 mo apart) are twins all the time!

Pictures of my husband and Little Guy at the same age could be mistaken for each other, if not for the clothing/photo quality.

There are 8 grandchildren on my mom's side. You can start at one end and trace resemblances through each of us in a connect-the-dots pattern.

Our genes run deep :)
