Good article. I don't think it's who you love *more*, but about how you express that love and divide your time.

And this is nothing new; they've been discussing this in Pre-Cana classes, parenting seminars, and marriage counseling forever. I will say that I think this article makes it seem like an easy decision, and an easy action, whereas I find it tricky, especially when you have dependent young children.

Who was by your side when you gave birth? Were they supportive and helpful? Let's be honest-- not every partner is 100% wonderful during labor and delivery, especially as a first-timer, or as you enter your 23rd hour of labor... Any stories (funny, annoying, or touching) to share?

Let's take a break from the kids (after all that Christmasing you deserve it) and talk about husbands for a minute.

Check out this list. If it makes you laugh or roll your eyes with recognition, you're probably safe. If it makes you furious with familiarity, you may want to have a talk with your sweetie...

I've heard Number 1 a few times-- luckily not from my husband. Numbers 2 and 6 are possible infractions, although Number 8 sounds more like me... What's your mate guilty of?

P.S. #3 isn't really a legitimate offense for me- the older I get, the more a good vacuum excites me :)
