Button-downs and undercuts and big smiles, oh my. Must be picture day 😤 👔
It's National Selfie Day! (As if we need more selfies...)
Here's a tip (or rather, just something that bugs me): When you take a selfie, look at the camera, not at the button. If you're taking a selfie in the mirror, still, look at the camera lens, not at yourself in the mirror.
Make photobooks, they said.
It'll be easier than scrapbooking, they said.
49 hours later, I think I'm done...with one.
As school pictures start to come home, let's flashback to this. I think it's 4th grade, which puts me at the same age as B.
This could get tricky-- or maybe I just make it more complicated than I need to be:
How do you manage your photos?
I used to have such a good system. I don't horde pictures on my phone; I'm good at saving them to my computer, into a labeled folder. Then, they're stored/backed up onto the server.
BUT when I want to find a particularly good picture, or print a bunch, or make a book, it takes FOREVER to sort through all of them. I started copying 'bests' to a separate folder for easy access, but then my husband adds his to the mix, without pulling out bests, maybe without the same naming convention, etc.
So-- how do you manage? Please don't tell me you have 400 pics on your iphone and nowhere else.
