Point out the GOOD!
Last weekend a store associate was super helpful with (what I thought was going to be) a problem. I called the next day, asked for a manager, and told him the guy's name and the situation. He said that is *not* how, "Can I speak with a manager?" calls usually go 😬
And today, a teacher came up to me to tell me how amazingly well my son is doing in his class, and how he's an overall really great kid. It made my whole day! Even if I already know he's great, hearing it is priceless.
Report the good, not just the bad
