This morning I asked about weekend wake-up duties with the kids. Tonight I wish you well for the morning. Stupid time change.
Haha, crystal clear, right?
I've been seeing a lot of posts about kids not sleeping well.
Why do you think that is? It seems that with the extra activity they should all be really tired, but sometimes I think that's worse.
Busier schedules, increased sports practices, lots more outdoor play...I think they get overtired and it backfires.
How old are your kids, and how many total hours (nap plus overnight) do they sleep each day? Let's make each other jealous with a running list ;)
These cool nights make for awesome sleeping weather and, for once, my boys agreed. Not even ONE wake up last night!
(For those with babies, or kids who never sleep, I know my twice-a-night wake ups are not the worst, but this is good for us!)
Good morning! I'm feeling sleepy today...
What time do you go to bed? What time do you wake up? How many hours of sleep per night do you usually get?
Do your kids wake up early, or sleep in? I don't want mine to sleep till 10 or anything, but getting to 7am would be nice.
I was out at the start of naptime both days this weekend; Little Guy, who has been fighting a rest, slept without contest both days. Today, back to protesting... Just to make myself feel better, I'm going to say it's because I'm more exciting than my husband ;)
