Following up on this morning's post about 288 questions a day, how do you deal with repeat questioning? I recently read an article that recommended answering once, then simply saying "Asked and answered" to any repeat instance of the same question. What do you do?
I think it depends-- if it is a question of permission, the answer remains the same; if it is a question that can be backed up by facts, turn it into a quick research project and have them look it up and prove that you're incorrect; if it's plain old curiosity...you're screwed ;)
