MONTHS ago, I won a contest through Mama's Lil Guide and got to choose a product from Damsel in Defense. I am FINALLY catching up and telling you about it!
I chose the Holla At Me personal alarm. I have to confess that I have not tested it because I am just *that* scared at how loud it is (but that's a good thing)!
There are a whole bunch of tools and products that can help you feel safe-- even when you think you're in your own "safe" neighborhood. They're girl-themed (read:pink and small!), and some are cleverly disguised as lip gloss or a mini-purse or cell phone.
