Oh hello, homemade oreos!

I used reg unsweetened cocoa powder (like the second) but just hand-formed the cookies (like the first). I made them a little too big, but it certainly wasn't a bad thing! They were pretty crisp, def not cakey. If you're an Oreo purist, you will not think they're a replacement, but they were a VERY good chocolate sandwich cookie-- and with normal ingredients and easy instructions!
