They were SO good. (I would post my own picture, but I ate all of the leftovers for lunch...) They were plenty flavorful, but not too greasy.
As they were dipped only in egg and seasoned breadcrumbs, and then oven "fried", I'm actually going to go so far as to say they're healthy!
I made a dipping sauce that tasted similar to the one that comes with Outback Steakhouse's bloomin' onion. I think it had more ingredients than any single recipe I have ever made before! But, again, none of them were particularly bad for you, so overall, this is a great and (comparatively) healthy snack!
I highly recommend making these Zucchini Fries for your next occasion...or tomorrow, whichever comes first :)
