Jump Rope-- it's better NOT to use a rope, unless you're already really good at jumping rope. Jump with both feet at the same time and move your arms as if you're turning the rope.
High Knees-- like running in place, but lift your knees as high as possible every time.
Jumping Jacks-- you know this one!
