I recently heard Trista (the orig Bachelorette) on Rachael Ray (apparently she's still relevant? Who knew?) say that she stays fit by having everything in moderation. Then she proceeded to give the example of eating half a cookie. For real?! Not 1 cookie, but a HALF? That is not moderation.
