If you think that you don't have time to work out, or if the minimal time that you do have wouldn't make a difference, I think you're wrong. I used to do a 20 min workout a couple days a week and saw a big difference. Late last summer I started taking a class at the local rec-- one hour a week-- and saw results. *One hour a week!* I know 1 hour a week is a lot when you have small kids, but anything is better than nothing :)
