Good customer service is expected, but exceptional customer service should be recognized!
My son got an OYO Sports NFL set, but realized a couple pieces were missing as he set it up (I suspect that someone maybe opened the box at the store). I sent a msg through their site, not ranting, but just asking if there was a way to replace the missing parts.
I got a quick reply that he could choose any 2 NFL figures at no charge, and just a couple days later, these arrived in the mailbox! We've purchased from them before, and will again :)
