Having already read and reviewed The Megasuarus, I was familiar with Lima Bears, and the great lessons they learn through their adventures. These books pack a powerful moral, without being so transparent that kids feel as though they are being taught a lesson!
This story takes place in Beandom, where a new Queen has just been crowned. Mean ol’ Bean is unhappy and his jealousy drives him to do mean things. He lures the Queen into a Labyrinth, and the other bears must work together to save their Queen!
This is a great story of jealousy, friendship, and even forgiveness of your enemies.
