I loooooved them!
I have made them at least once a week since then. (mainly for lunch, or with my lunch). I dip them in this dressing (which has a little of every ingredient on earth in it!) or just some Thousand Island Dressing (Wegmans light, for me).
Dredge the pieces in flour, egg, then, seasoned bread crumbs (OR you can just spritz with spray butter or cooking spray and dip in bread crumbs if you want to make it even easier!).
Lay them on a baking sheet, and bake! Done!
